Our Process

We collaborate with architects, interior designers, and establishments to bring custom designs to life, focusing on millwork and upholstery as primary construction elements. Our expertise lies in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail for every project we undertake.

EXPLORE OUR 4-STEP PROCESS BELOW:

  • To provide an accurate estimate, we require detailed information about your project. Please provide us with the design, dimensions, and desired materials for your custom build. Including inspirational images, sketches, technical drawings, or construction documents will help us provide an accurate quote. If you need design assistance, ask us about our in-house design services (fee applies).

  • Upon accepting our quote and submitting a 50% deposit of the project total, we initiate the design process. Our team will make site visits, create templates, and verify details in the field as needed. As part of our comprehensive design services, we offer the option for 3D renderings to bring your vision to life. Please note that a fee may apply for the inclusion of 3D renderings, ensuring the utmost attention to detail and visual representation. We will send you shop drawings and final designs for approval before commencing production. Our commitment is to "Build It Once, Build It Right," ensuring every aspect aligns with your specifications.

  • Once the shop drawings are approved, your build will be scheduled on our production line. Throughout the process, we will keep you informed about key milestones. As we near completion, we will coordinate delivery with you.

  • Prior to shipping your order, the remaining balance is due. Once we receive the final payment, we will confirm the delivery details and arrange to meet a representative from your team on-site for installation.
