Warranty 2024

Shemoi Designs warrants its seating frames to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for normal use by the original purchaser for a period of two years from the original delivery date. Shemoi Designs will, at its discretion, replace or repair any item found to be defective due to workmanship issues, at no cost to the customer. This warranty excludes damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, or negligence. Shemoi Designs will not be responsible for additional charges incurred by the customer due to improper installation, usage, or aftermarket additions.

Veneers, laminates, upholstery, and all materials are not covered under this warranty by Shemoi Designs but are subject to the respective manufacturers' warranties.

Wood furniture is inherently variable due to its natural raw material. Variations in grain characteristics and color among wood species are natural occurrences beyond Shemoi Designs' control and are not considered defects covered by this warranty.

Shemoi Designs seating is not designed for outdoor use; use of seating outdoors will void the warranty. COM textiles and COL leathers are not covered under warranty by Shemoi Designs but are subject to the respective manufacturers' warranties.
