How we work: Our Process

  1. DISCOVER

    From the moment we begin a relationship, our project manager will review and oversee all submitted construction documents and will assist in everything from design, cost estimation, fabrication to delivery.

  2. DESIGN & PLAN

    Using all computer aided design software, we work closely with your production team to ensure all details are executed. If you don’t have a production team we can fill in many gaps.

  3. MANUFACTURE & BUILD

    Our production team are experts in their respected craft and get to work building the pieces right away. Whatever the project specification, we begin fabricating your product using current machine technology along with the fine work of artesian hands for all the finishing touches.

  4. DELIVERY & INSTALL

    We understand the built environment: from cranes delivering product through windows to angling boxes to fit narrow passageways, our fully insured installation team will handle with care. Scheduled at your convenience, day or night.

WARRANTY

Banquette frames are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship covering normal usage to the original purchaser for a period of seven years from the date of the original invoice. ShEMOI DESiGNS will replace or repair (at our discretion), without cost to our customers, any item found to be defective as a result of defective material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, alteration or negligence. Any repairs by the customer must receive specific written authorization from ShEMOI DESiGNS before being executed on location to receive proper reimbursement for associated costs. ShEMOI DESiGNS will not be liable for any additional charges sustained by the customer because of improper installation by others, usage or after market additions.

Plastic laminates and upholstery are not warranted by ShEMOI DESiGNS, but are covered by laminate and textile manufacturers under their specific warranty only. Wood furniture is made of natural variable raw material. Differences in grain characteristics and color among wood species are naturally occurring variations and are neither within the control of ShEMOI DESiGNS, nor considered defects included in this warranty.

ShEMOI DESiGNS banquettes are not intended for outdoor usage unless specified. Outdoor usage of banquettes voids warranty.

COM textiles and COL leathers are not warranted.
